Soledad: And Mama look! I have on two jackets and two pants!
Me: Wow. That’s great! Do you guys want hot chocolate?

Today is a snow day. Actually more like a freezing rain with a snowflake every now and again day.
Not much activity going on. Mostly playing, cooking, tv watching, and long hot bath taking.

Right now we’re watching Let’s Make A Deal.
Soon I’ll be making Turkey Chili with a romaine salad with green olives and feta cheese with this out of sight balsamic dressing. Quite possibly the best balsamic in the world. The herbs are the key, bringing the flavor level to out of this world proportions.

Here’s to snow days and mandatory lazy days at least a few times a year.
